steps:
1. run attached test_camera_modes --flash ( or build lp:~chris.gagnon/+junk/libhybris-set-flash-mode-bug and use test_camera_mode in test package) (you might have to use chmod +x to run the binary)
expected results:
flash modes can be set and get
actual results:
Flash modes cannot be set.
Additional info:
it might be that get only returns the flash mode for off, even if it's set to something else.
