Bug Description

Binary package hint: libhtml-parser-perl

libhtml-parser-perl's threads test deadlocks on hppa (see build logs for 3.56-1build1). I'm going to turn off the test suite on hppa in the interests of unblocking a slew of other stuff up to libgtk2.0-0 and beyond, but somebody should figure out what's going on here.
