netcdf.h conflict with libnetcdf-dev

Bug Description
Hello,
The package libhdf4-dev package provides netcdf.h in headers directory /usr/include/hdf.
That file conflicts with the netcdf.h provided by libnetcdf-dev package during compilation.
The developers of the package HDF4 foresaw an handling of this problematic by renaming the header file netcdf.h to hdf4_netcdf.h.
For example, the maintainer of package hdf4-devel in RHEL made this choice.
Is there a possibility to change the ubuntu release as well? I already did it temporary in my machine and everything goes fine.
