weather report applet don't work for city Ternopil

Weather report applet can't get an information from Internet for location: Europe -> Ukraine -> Ternopol. This applet work fine for any other city from Ukraine. I think the problem can be in different writing: most weather report sites use 'Ternopil' instead of 'Ternopol'

Can you tell us if the names of the Ukranian locations are correct or if they could be improved? Thanks in anvance.
