[needs-packaging] sync package libguestfs from debian unstable

Bug Description

Please sync the libguestfs package from unstable debian (libvirt project).
Here's the link to the package(s):

Would be great to have it in natty.

This package is not in unstable yet, once it gets in unstable it will be automatically imported in Natty if it gets in before Debian Import Freeze which is December 30.

This package is now in Debian testing and Debian unstable, yet isn't in the Precise library yet.

Based on the publishing history (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libguestfs/+publishinghistory?batch=75&memo=75&start=75) it looks like libguestfs was eventually synced and was part of Ubuntu 12.04 (precise).
