Please could you run in a terminal "banshee --debug" and attach all the output information as a separated file while you are trying to reproduce this issue? Thanks.

I have a similar problem. Updating to iOS 4.3.3 somehow fix it because now i can see the songs on the iPhone.
However, i can add new songs and there is no error in the process, but i can not see any of the new updated songs on the phone itself.
