Bug Description
Any time, into a fresh session or after any time of work, when I try to open any Gnome Application, including Nautilus, the app delay a lot of seconds (like 10 or more) to launch.

* If you are launching apps from a regular spinning harddisk then it might be spinning down to save power. And they take about 10 seconds to spin up again. To check that please look at the drive settings in the 'Disks' app.
* Please run 'top' in a Terminal window and check if any processes are using high CPU before or during the slow launch.
* Please also reproduce a very slow app launch again and then after it launches run this command:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
