gnome-print dialog second tab empty

Bug Description

In evince, you do File->Print... and gnome-print dialog is shown. But I'm not be
able to select the pagerange to print because the second tab named "job" is empty.
In gedit, I can select the range to print.

This upload fixes the issue:

 libgnomeprintui (2.12.0-0ubuntu2) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/configprint.patch:
     - fix an issue with the jab tab of the printer dialog (Ubuntu: #15719).
