Bug Description

After some time the system is running the keyboard layout got mixed and cannot be switched.
It is as if two layouts are active at the same time and the output is 4 letters of one of the layouts and 4 letters of the other.
For example, "ggggжжжжggggжжжжgggg........" and so on.

You have to log out and log in in order to get it back to functioning.

I've made a new clean installation and the problem occurs again.

I've found a work-around:
"Separate layout for each window" and "New windows use active window's layout" should be turned off.
