Bug Description

Some characters cannot be typed in the Oriya keyboard because they are missing. The keyboard layout should be like this one: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/I18N/Indic/OriyaKeyboardLayouts. There should be two characters on the '?' key, 'ଯ' and 'ୟ'. But there is only one. The character 'ୟ' cannot be typed. And many character are missing, like the characters represented by the Unicode ୤, ୰ and ଌ.

How to reproduce: Turn on Oriya Inscript, Press Shift+/. It should print ୟ, but it prints @ instead.

Fedora guys got it right. We got it wrong.
