Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

In Karmic, System -> settings -> appearance -> Interface -> show icons in menu, was changed to only affect the icons in the System menu, and a few in the Places menu, and it was set to off by default. But now in Interface tab has been remove and there is no way for people who like icons rather then words for navigating, to enable them again.
