Bug Description
libgnome-keyring has been removed from Debian Testing and will not be included in the Debian 10 "Buster" release. We should do the same. Users who are hurt by these removals can keep using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS for a few years.
This bug depends on the libgnome removal LP: #1771031
ukui-power-manager is a blocker LP: #1767165 (but mate-power-manager was done)
