I have also tried to create the rule but i received the following message at the next boot:

udevd[401]: unknown key 'SYSFS{idVendor}' in /etc/udev/rules.d/50-fingerprint.rules:2
udevd[401]: invalid rule '/etc/udev/rules.d/50-fingerprint.rules:2'
