I can confirm that the reader is not recognized with libfprint 1:0.5.1

There seems to be a fix here: https://github.com/ars3niy/fprint_vfs5011
However, it would be really nice if the reader would work out of the box.

Confirmed for 1:0.6.0. The menu bar in fingerprint-gui comes up as blank and it crashes when trying to verify fingerprints.

Same for 1.07 the menu bar is empty but it does not crush on registering fingerprints, unfortunately the produced reads can't be used.

Drivers requests are upstream bugs and as such should be redirected to the official wiki
