Flickr HTTPS only api breaks libflickr-api-perl

Flickr changed to an HTTPS only API on june 27th 2014 breaking libflickr-api-perl

http://code.flickr.net/2014/04/30/flickr-api-going-ssl-only-on-june-27th-2014/ documents the change in the API

The libflickr perl api still references http URL's and thus is unusable in that state..

Changing "http" to" https" and "www.flickr.com" to "api.flickr.com" in the following files:
/usr/share/perl5/Flickr/API/Request.pm line 17, line 30

/usr/share/perl5/Flickr/API.pm, lines 21 and 22 and 222 and 223

seems to make the API functional, though it needs further testing by the author(s)
