"Support library for sound output of Flash 9 with pulseaudio." The name of the package does not reflevct this. Perhaps it should be renamed to 'pulseuadio-libflashsupport'.

I can confirm this. ;)
It's indeed a bit a disguising name to use. If it would give support to more things that just PulseAudio I'd understand, but at the moment it just gets PulseAudio to work.

Changed in libflashsupport:
importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Confirmed

It's an usability issue. When you search in Synaptic for 'flash pulseaudio' or 'flash sound' you'll find libflashsupport. But it's not installed by default(although flashplayer-nonfree does 'recommend' it) and can't be found in the Add/Remove program. Should it be made a dependency of flashplayer-nonfree?
