libexttextcat 3.2.0-1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

libexttextcat (3.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * remove /usr/share/libtextcat/LM symlink again - as the library is now
    named libexttextcat.so.0 we need a full-fledged transition anyway
  * upload to unstable (we now don't interfere with libtextcat0 anymore)
