ORIGIN in new records not handled

Bug Description

The manpage suggests that it is supported to add new records. If those new records do contain a new value for ORIGIN, I can find no code that tries to handle that situation, and the records will not be output in output().

When parsing old zone data, the code will use SOA records and $ORIGIN statements to collect ORIGIN values (in the keys of %{ $dns_found_origins{$self} }), and during output() it will add the ->soa{ORIGIN} value to that list, but no other mechanism exists that I can find.

I suggest either a method to add new ORIGIN values, or a method to automatically collect those values from the existing records.
