Bug Description
Binary package hint: libdc1394-22
Every time I start receiving images from a dc1394 camera using libdc1394, the entry "Used by" of video1394 displayed by lsmod is incremented by 3. When the camera capture is released when the receiving program is quit, the entry is decremented by 2. This also happens when using coriander to capture images. The only way to release the remaining usages was to reboot the system.
I would expect the usage counter to be only incremented by 2 when a camera capture is started as I observed in Ubuntu 9.04.
Ubuntu 9.10
libdc1394-22
version: 2.1.2-1

Thanks for the help and for your report. I forwarded the bug upstream. I currently don't have the PCMCIA card for ieee1394 with me to test your report...
