Aptana (Eclipse) menus are not recognized by Unity

Bug Description
Hi, I faced with annoying bug.
There are only two Aptana menu's recognized in Unity, "windows" and "edit".
Here is screenshot attached.

I have the same problem in eclipse except none of the menu items are recognised they are still at the top of the window. Must be a java/swt thing.
