In Unity, the submenus of the 'File' directory of gnome-terminal appears more than one time in the global menu. The structure of the menu is:
- File
-------
- Open Terminal Shift+Ctrl+N
- Open Terminal
- Empty submenu
- Open Tab Shift+Ctrl+T
- Open Tab
- Empty submenu
-------
- New Profile ...

- Close Tab Shift+Ctrl+W
- Close Window Shift+Ctrl+Q
-------
Without the global menu, the menu of gnome terminal are fine.

Do you still see this? dbusmenu has improved a lot since January and I can't see this behavior now.
