Really long labels are not shown complete

Bug Description
If there is a really long label for a menu, and it occupies all the width of the screen, there's no way to know the complete text of the label.
It would be nice to show a tooltip label with the wrapped text with this happens.

This is a bug in GTK in that it is the one rendering the label. We could definitely fix it though for people who come through dbus menu. I'm curious how we could handle items that already have tooltips on them though.
Wishlist for now. I'm not sure that it shouldn't be higher priority for devices like netbooks.
