  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13.
    + debian/rules: Drop --fail-missing argument to dh_missing, which is now the
      default.

  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0, no changes required.
  * Build the documentation only when libdbusmenu-qt5-doc needs to be built:
    - move doxygen as Build-Depends-Indep
    - enable or disable the -DWITH_DOC cmake argument depending on that
    - remove the jquery.js generated by doxygen only when the documentation
      was built
  * Update symbols file from the logs of buildds.
  * Drop debian/not-installed, as it lists either non-existing stuff, or stuff
    actually installed.
