Bug Description
Package testing tries to run mysql_install_db, which has been deprecated since 5.7 and removed in 8.0. Should switch to using mysqld --initialize (5.7 also changed the flags for mysql_install_db, so it should simply be a matter to switching the command for 5.7+)
