Bug Description
On Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS I get the following message when trying to install libdbd-pg-perl through apt: "libdbd-pg-perl : Depends: perlapi-5.22.1 but it is not installable". This seems to be an issue with a dependency on perapi which is virtual package provided by perl-base therefore not installable.

Thanks for reporting.
I was unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 18.04. Looking at https:/ /packages. ubuntu. com/bionic/ libdbd- pg-perl, the package should have a dependency on perlapi-5.26.1 which is provided by perl-base. Could you please run `sudo apt update` and if the issue persists, post the output of `apt policy libdbd-pg-perl` ?
