Bug Description
Apache 2 doesn't start anymore after the update of libdbd-mysql-perl from 4.050-3 to 1:4.050-3.focal.
DBD::mysql is being used in startup.perl.
Strangely starting Apache with the new version does not produce any error in the error_log. Apache just doesn't start. Downgrading to 4.050-3 solved the issue immediately.
