libconvert-tnef-perl (0.17-3) unstable; urgency=low


  * Adopt package (thanks, Graeme).
  * Rewrite debian/copyright:
    + Quote upstream copyright verbatim.
    + Reorder topics to be similar to most other pckages.
  * Switch debhelper hint from DH_COMPAT to debian/compat, and use v4.
  * Remove unneeded cruft in debian/rules.
  * Claim compliance with version 3.5.9 of Debian Policy.
  * Remove noise at end of this changelog.
  * Change section to perl.
