* New upstream release.
* debian/control: Added: Vcs-Svn field (source stanza); Vcs-Browser
field (source stanza); Homepage field (source stanza). Removed: XS-
Vcs-Svn fields.
* debian/watch: Use working URL.
* debian/control: bump (build-)dependencies of libio-compress-zlib-perl
and libio-compress-base-perl to (>= 2.008).
* debian/copyright: add upstream URL, update years of copyright, add
copyright/license informations for files in ./t/Test/.
