Bug Description

It's an issue when we have an apparmor profile protecting /etc/compizconfig/config as the LSM reject will make libcompizconfig loading the ini backend (not reading the config file still available for read)

There is a temporary workaround in the gdm-guest-session package which should be removed once that fixed

Due to this we can't protect /etc/ from writing in the guest session, so targetting for precise.
