* Update Vcs-Browser URL to cgit web frontend
[ intrigeri ]
* Add debian/upstream/metadata
* Add upstream Git repository information to debian/upstream/metadata.
* Declare compliance with Standards-Version 3.9.6.
* Mark package as autopkgtest-able, but disable upstream test
that relies on DRI2 etc., which we have not in adt-run environment.
* Stop installing the empty upstream NEWS file.
* Update upstream and packaging copyright information.
* Override the Lintian no-upstream-changelog check: upstream ships no
such thing anymore.
