Please sync libcloudproviders 0.3.0-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
It is pretty safe to do while there are no rdepdend in the archive, and I am aware of 3rd-party applications requiring the gir/vala bindings.
