Bug Description

The oneiric package has
 debian/patches/debian-changes-0.37.1-1ubuntu1
which mostly seems bogus, i.e. changing init scripts which we don't use.
Is the patch an accident, and can it be removed?

Changed in libcgroup (Ubuntu):
status: New → Confirmed
importance: Undecided → Low

This patch is created automatically when there are changes to the source and the package is using source format 3.0 (quilt). If the changes aren't needed, pop the patch off, remove it, and rebuild the source package. There's a note when running debuild -S if this is created or not.

Right, thanks - what I meant was, are the changes in there appropriate
or not. Do they reflect an accidental reverting of git patches, or
accidental application of them, and, assuming they are accidental, do we
want them or not.
