Bug Description

The issue reported at https://github.com/miyagawa/CGI-Compile/issues/25 shows that there is a scoping regression in CGI::Compile 0.24.

The issue was fixed in CGI::Compile 0.25.

It seems to me that it would be a good idea to push out CGI::Compile 0.25 to Ubuntu Focal.
