Bug Description
Ubuntu Server 22.04.1 LTS amd64
libcdio-utils: 2.1.0-3build1 amd64
The man page for cd-info libcdio-utils reads, in part,
--no-cddb
Does nothing since this program is not
-P, --cddb-port=INT
-H, --cddb-http
The sentence fragment and missing descriptions were not expected. What was expected is something closer to the descriptions at
https:/
which are
--no-cddb
Don't look up audio CDDB information or print it
-P, --cddb-port=INT
CDDB port number to use (default 8880)
-H, --cddb-http
Lookup CDDB via HTTP proxy (default no proxy)
--cddb-
CDDB server to contact for information (default: freedb.freedb.org)
--cddb-cache=STRING
Location of CDDB cache directory (default ~/.cddbclient)
--cddb-email=STRING
Email address to give CDDB server (default me [at] home)
--no-cddb-cache
Disable caching of CDDB entries locally (default caches)
--cddb-timeout=INT
CDDB timeout value in seconds (default 10 seconds)
Bonus point: If there were an example showing the use of these options with http://
