Bug Description

libapache2-mod-python's configure.in manually groks Python library and include paths, and gets it wrong now that Python is multiarch.

I've tested that this builds and that a basic Python script can serve files.

libapache2-mod-python (3.3.1-9ubuntu3) raring; urgency=low

  * FTBFS: switch configure.in to pkg-config to configure Python. This fixes
    discovery with multiarch Python (LP: #1098597).
