 A run of

 indicates that the source package libapache-ssi-perl has binary packages that are not
 installable (on AMD64) at the moment.

 Please have a look and make sure it's installable again.

libapache-ssi-perl (= 2.19-2): FAILED
The following constraints cannot be satisfied:

The decision of Debian was to remove the package of their repositories (reason: obsolete, un-installable, unmaintained). In Ubuntu, the package was eliminated since Hardy (incluide)
