Thanks for the interdiff. This revision isn't quite suitable, as there is both no watch file and debian/copyright provides a nonexisting link for upstream download. Please address these points, and submit a new interdiff. There is no need to attach the orig.tar.gz, as the sponsors will collect that from upstream prior to upload.
