Dark mode only works for some GTK windows

Bug Description

Works for nautilus, gnome-{power-statistics,disks}.

Doesn't work for gnome-{control-center,text-editor,calculator,calendar}, which remain on light mode.

ADW_COLOR_SCHEME_FORCE_DARK=. fixes it but only in a Gnome environment.

I feel that's a feature, since it's up to application to decide whether to support or not the dark mode.
