Bug Description

Binary package hint: lftp

Ubuntu version: 8.04.2
Lftp version: 3.6.1

I have lftp installed on my Ubuntu server. My readline config file in /etc/inputrc includes the following line:

set completion-ignore-case on

which works fine in other readline-based programs (like bash) for enabling non-case-sensitive tab-completion but seems to be ignored by lftp. I also tried to put the line into "~/.inputrc" but without success. It would be great if I could switch off case-sensitivity when performing a tab-complete within lftp. Case-sensitive tab-complete is especially annoying when browsing a remote server with a lot of mixed upper- and lowercase filenames (i.e. the remote file system ignores file case).
