Hi,
tilix still depends on libllvm11, whereas almost all other Debian/Ubuntu packages depend on newer llvm versions:
# apt install tilix

Thanks for reporting.
It looks like tilix doesn't have a direct dependency on llvm11, but it is pulled in through libphobos2- ldc-shared98. This in turn stem from the ldc source package which ran into problems with newer llvm versions. See bug 1951845 or the current Ubuntu delta for details. However, it looks like a newer version of ldc is in -proposed, which might resolve this...
