Bug Description
Binary package hint: lbreakout2
If the mouse wheel is depressed at the end of a frame ("super speed"), at the beginning of the next frame the ball will fly off the paddle on its own (without user input), causing you to lose the ball (and that "life").
The workaround for this is to Quit and close the application. Once re-opened, the problem goes away.

The same concerns keeping left mouse button pressed - next round and the ball starts by itself.
