Bug Description

[Availability]

Package is in ubuntu universe.

[Rationale]

pylint has grown a dependency on this package.

[Security]

No security history, it's a new package.

[Quality assurance]

Package is maintained in debian and synced from there without changes.

[Dependencies]

everything already in main

[Standards compliance]

Fully FHS compliant

[Maintenance]

Can just be synced from debian.

[Background information]

New version of pylint (1.5) contains important fixes for python3.5 needed in xenial, and this is a new dependency of that.

Taking from cyphermox, didn't realize he was on holiday.

This needs a team bug subscriber and needs to run its tests. But otherwise seems fine.

Since ~foundations-bugs subscribes to pylint, I made that team also subscribe to lazy-object-proxy. I'll look into the Debian packaging to see if we can get it to run its tests.

I think it's current unfeasible to run the package's test suite at build time since at least pytest-benchmark is not yet available in Debian/Ubuntu. Can we not block this MIR on that?

OK, if it can't be done reasonably, no worries. Approved.
