libQt5Pas in Jammy is not compatible with Lazarus 2.2.0

Bug Description
Current libqt5pas-dev and libqt5pas1 version in Jammy is not updated for the Lazarus version in Jammy, and this broke the Lazarus's QT5 compatibility, resulting in build errors because of undefined QT references with QT5-Widgetsets.
The current libQt5Pas version in Jammy is 1.2.6 and that's too old, it would only work for the old Lazarus 2.0.12... For Lazarus 2.2.0, at least libQt5Pas 1.2.10 would be needed, please update this package, the newer is the better.
