Binary package hint: lastfm
When the lastfm window is still open, so I can minimise to find it.
When the lastfm window is closed, most of the time it eventually opens after several attempts.
The lastfm launcher icon continues to "flash" (until computer is restarted), once this has occurred.
No arrow is ever displayed on either side of lastfm's launcher icon.

The lastfm launcher icon hangs when trying to open lastfm if already open, it flashes until the computer is restarted.
No arrow is ever displayed on either side of lastfm's launcher icon.
When the lastfm window is still open, launcher does not find window, but I can minimise other windows and find it (and use it).
