Bug Description

No translation by default for manpages.
Manpages are still in english after the "language support" update.
A default installation of "manpages-fr" and "manpages-fr-extra" packages would be welcome.

As regards language-selector, it was planned to have Language Support Help translated. However, the user interface for setting language and regional formats will change in Ubuntu 12.04, and with that the help file, so it was decided to refrain from bothering the translators with something that will soon undergo significant changes.

In addition to that, the UI will belong to another package, so I changed the status of the language-selector instance of this bug to "Invalid".

Hello
We are now under the 12.04 cycle, I thinks it will be a good idea to reconsider this request
Thanks.
