Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric)
Reproduce Steps:
1. Use Chinese (Traditional) as installer language to install Ubuntu with live media (For example, i386.iso live CD)
Expected Result:
You have 69-language-
Actual Result:
After installation, your system will have no 69-language-
