/etc/default/locale overrides the setting from language-selector

Bug Description

Binary package hint: language-selector

kubuntu edgy daily 1007 fresh install, the language-selector sets the locale in /etc/environment, but whatever it changes, settings will be overridden by /etc/default/locale.

This is fixed with the upload of language-selector_0.1.28_source.changes

I would appreciate if you could test the change too and confirm that it works.
