Bug Description
Binary package hint: language-selector
1.
>System > Admin > Language Support opens up with a message:
"The language support is not installed completely
Some translations or writing aids available for your chosen languages are not installed yet. Do you want to install them now?"

After clicking install:
"Could not apply changes!
Fix broken packages first."

after invoking install:
Adding languages, apply changes button stays gray

3.b.
after invoking install:
Removing languages, apply changes button works, but when clicked the app. crashes.
NB. Installed languages and related keyboard layouts seem to work fine.
