Bug Description

update-manager, software-properties-gtk, gnome-language-selector, usb-creator-gtk...
These applications looks like gtk2 applications. I think these apps interfaces need to be refreshed with Gnome3/GTK3 concept

closing this bug, it's not practical to have crossed discussions about design of the softwares for different softwares at the same place, please open individual bugs for each component instead
