language-pack-te is broken in ubuntu 12.04

The language-pack-te package depends on language-pack-te-base (>= 1:12.04+20120508), which is not available.

It looks like an update to language-pack-te is added to precise-updates, but corresponding update for language-pack-te-base is missing.

A work-around I found to overcome this is by installing older version of language-pack-te.

sudo apt-get install language-pack-te=1:12.04+20120417

I resolved it by installing PPA of language pack.
